The first level consists of a spacious modern bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom, while the second is dominated by a modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen, with direct access to a really bright living room, a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden.
On the 3rd level, the open attic steals the impressions, which hosts the master bedroom of the villa and another state-of-the-art bathroom, equipped with all the necessary equipment.
The villa has 3 flat-screen LED TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom as well as an air conditioner on each level, while the under-floor heating system perfectly complements the facilities of the villa during the winter months in terms of technological equipment.
The master bedroom, located in the open-to-below attic, has a comfortable double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00, while on the first level, the bed with initial dimensions of 1.80 x 2.00 can be converted into two single beds measuring 0.90 χ 2,00. All bed linen and towels come from the award-winning company COCO-MAT, are made of 100% organic cotton, perfectly harmonize with the whole ecological - nature-friendly philosophy of the villa and offer a healthy and quality sleep to those who will choose our villa for their vacation.
The kitchen equipment is complete and includes a cooking island, a refrigerator with ice-crush function, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and 2 coffee makers, one for filter coffee and one for espresso.
The two bathrooms have a shower (the one) and a bathtub (the other) and are equipped with all the necessary accessories, such as towels and slippers Coco-Mat, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair-dryer, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, razors and shaving foam, all products of the branded company ZEALOTS with personal care items, while the washer-dryer makes our occupants even more autonomous.
