• We reserve the right to make modifications or corrections, changes, suspensions or terminations of any part of the site at any time.
• We do not provide any explicit or implied warranty, representation or endorsement with respect to the Website or any information, service or product provided through the Site.
• We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with the visit or use of the Site or its contents, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause or caused by ELIXSEA VILLA, our employees or agents or any other individual or entity.

• It is recommended that all users carefully check the information displayed before they make any agreement. Availability, pricing, and cancellation apply to the charge shown for the villa and you should carefully read the details provided for the charges before making an online booking. Offers may have additional cancellation terms and conditions that apply only to specific cases. It is recommended that you check carefully before completing your online booking.
• Τhe villa has terms and conditions depending on its capacity. It is recommended that you check these terms and conditions before making an online booking.
• All accounts must be fully settled before departure.

The villa has a video surveillance system solely in the outdoor public areas.
By using the villa services, you consent to the use of the above system. The ELIXSEA VILLA guarantees its visitors the protection of the information and personal data provided. The management of the villa may discontinue service for guests who do not comply with the rules and do not respect the villa policy.

Upon arrival at ELIXSEA VILLA, the visitor is required to submit a personal
document for registration, ID and passport. If the visitor does not have these
documents, ELIXSEA VILLA has the absolute right not to check in.

• The equipment of the villa is checked before check-in and after check-out.
• Guests are responsible for all damage and deficiencies that will occur. In the event of any damage or accident the visitor is obliged to inform. In the event that an item is missing or damaged and the visitor hides it and is discovered after departure, ELIXSEA VILLA immediately informs its client and has the absolute right to keep the corresponding amount.
• Items forgotten by guests stay for up to 6 months, and the transportation costs for their return burden their owners. After 6 months ELIXSEA VILLA has no responsibility for the items forgotten.

Acceptable payment methods:

• Cash (upon arrival / departure)
• Transfer / Deposit to a bank account
• PayPal
• Balance payment of reservations made with a 50% deposit is made 3 days before check-in.

• Arrival takes place after 16:00 and until 24:00, and departure until 11:00.
• In case of delayed arrivals after 24:00, please let us know.
• If you wish to leave later than 10:00, it is necessary to ask for consent and confirmation from the management.
• After confirmation, the following additional charges apply:
• Departure until 18:00 – you are charged the 50% of the cost of the daily price of the villa
• Check out after 18:00 – you will be charged the total amount of the daily rate.

• ELIXSEA VILLA will make every possible effort to complete the booking in the best possible way based on the information provided. However, it reserves the right to provide alternative services or at least of equal value without additional charges for the visitor.
• The visitor does not have the right to transfer the reservation to a third party or to use the villa facilities for purposes other than the stay.
• The villa reserves the right to pass on to the visitor any additional charges for goods and services requested during the visitor’s stay or were caused by the visitor’s negligence to observe the agreed hours of services.
• In the event of a group reservation of more than 6 people by an individual, tourist agent or travel agency for a period of stay, a contract is signed between the two parties, as the case may be.
• Strictly forbidden are events and any other type of gatherings, for which there has not been any notification. In any case, – ELIXSEA VILLA must have been fully informed of the purpose of the group reservation. If any action is taken without notice and confirmation by the management, ELIXSEA VILLA reserves the absolute right to terminate the stay.
• Although the villa has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information contained in its brochures, prices, advertisements and website is accurate, it reserves the right to modify, replace or withdraw any service, facility or provision without warning, if necessary.
• Notwithstanding the above terms, the villa is not responsible for any total or partial failure to fulfill its obligations to the customer in the event of any of the following circumstances:
• Strikes
• Other unusual actions
• Fire in or near the villa
• Flooding in or near the villa
• Disturbances, differences or civil conflicts
• Terrorism or attempted terrorist action.
• Force majeure
• Legal persecution against the villa, which does not result from negligence and does not allow the provision of services.

For Flexible Bookings:

• Visitors can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. The visitor will be charged with the 50% of the total price if the cancellation takes place within 14 days prior to arrival. If the visitor does not appear, he will be charged with the total price.

For non-refundable reservations:

• The visitor will be charged the total price if he cancels at any time. If the visitor does not appear, the total price will be charged.
• The visitor must prepay the total price at any time.
• The villa may cancel the reservation if it is closed or if part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control. In this case the villa will refund the amount paid but  does not bear any other liability towards the visitor.
• In the event of cancellation of a reservation, the customer may be entitled to a partial or full refund of the amount of the reservation. The final amount to be refunded will be based on the cancellation policy and the corresponding penalty. The amount refunded is the total amount of the reservation minusα the cancellation policy penalty of -10%. It should be noted that for any change or cancellation of a reservation there is a charge of 10% of the value of the reservation. Reimbursement of the money to which the customer is entitled on the basis of the above is between 15 and 30 days.
• ELIXSEA VILLA strives to provide the best possible service and help each client to be compensated for any problem that may arise with regard to his reservation. ELIXSEA VILLA works as a freelancer to promote hotel services.
• Ιt is not responsible for the following:
  – Air tickets
  – Car rental
  – Other suppliers of tourist services.
• Therefore, it has no control over the personnel, equipment and operation of these suppliers and cannot be responsible for any inconvenience, injury, property damage or theft that may occur as a result of the wrong actions or omissions of the suppliers.

• ELIXSEA VILLA is not responsible for the death or injury of people caused by their negligence or negligence of third parties not agents at the villa. ELIXSEA VILLA is not responsible for acts and / or omissions of its independent suppliers.
• In case of transmission of disease or any kind of infection by a client or in case of problems in the operation of the villa due to psychotic illnesses and insanity behaviors or in the case of suicide or homicide of clients or third parties within the villa premises, the company is entitled to claim compensation for the material damage caused or for damage to the reputation of the villa, by the client who has carried out any of the above actions or by the heirs and the heirs’ successors. The amount of compensation shall be determined by decision of the General Secretary of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO).
• The villa customer is responsible for any damage caused to the villa (breakage of glasses, dishes, washbasins, damage to electrical items, furniture, carpets, clothing) due to him or his guests or his staff or any other person for whom the customer is responsible and everything else that bothers other visitors and the environment.

• In the event of malicious, intentional or negligent damage to the villa or any other part of the surrounding area, ELIXSEA VILLA will inform the customer in writing of the value of the damage or any loss caused, including losses from downtime.
• No liability is accepted in the event of theft, injury or illness of guests, representatives or visitors, or for loss or damage of any kind unless it is the result of negligence of ELIXSEA VILLA or its employees.
• Visitors are responsible for their insurance coverage.

Using the ELIXSEA VILLA Wi-Fi Service provided by the ELIXSEA VILLA Wi-Fi
Service exclusively, I accept, acknowledge and declare the following:

• By accessing and using the Wi-Fi Service on my behalf, I agree in any case that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this document are correct and reasonable. Should I find them unreasonable and incorrect, I should not use the Wi-Fi Service.
• I am over 18 years old, as the Wi-Fi Service is available only for people aged 18 and over. If I want the Service to be used by my minor child, I accept these Terms on my behalf and I am responsible for supervising my child regarding the use of the Wi-Fi Service. ELIXSEA VILLA offers me free of charge Wi-Fi service to facilitate my internet browsing while staying on the premises.
• The Wi-Fi service is activated as soon as I have successfully completed access to a wireless broadband access point of ELIXSEA VILLA. The use of the Wi-Fi service is valid during my stay at the villa.
• ELIXSEA VILLA assumes no other obligation towards me, such as to ensure uninterrupted or continuous connection, constant speed, equipment compatibility, equipment security, software, personal data or attempted transactions, as well as to control the information and data transmitted or the appropriateness of the content of the pages I visit. I do accept the sole responsibility for all the above.
• I recognize that the Internet is an open environment, that I am solely responsible for the observance and protection of my personal data, that I must act with utmost care by taking the necessary security measures to prevent the illegal use of my personal data.
• When using the Wi-Fi Service, I must act in good faith, not commit any acts or omissions that may result in criminal prosecution or the commencement of any civil or administrative procedures against ELIXSEA VILLA, which indicatively, but not exclusively, are mentioned in the Criminal Code, specific criminal laws, personal data protection legislation, telecommunications legislation, intellectual property law, and related legislation of the European Union, the National Telecommunications Commission, the Personal Data Protection Authority and any other Public or Administrative Authority and Service, nor any acts or omissions that could affect any rights or other legitimate interests of the ELIXSEA VILLA.
• I am solely responsible for any damage caused to me, to the villa or to third parties by my actions or omissions during the use of the Wi-Fi Service of ELIXSEA VILLA, which I declare will not use to make any illegal, unlawful, unethical, abusive, harassing action and especially for the following:

1. Trafficking of illegal, pornographic, violent, obscene or otherwise offensive, slanderous or defamatory content that may violate the personality of the other person, racist or national offensive or otherwise controversial.
2. Tracking, harassment, threat or harm of any other person.
3. Illegal access to systems, network overload, unsolicited mail for commercial or non-commercial purposes (spamming). disclosure of confidential information.
4. Copyright infringement.
5. Transmit, store or disposal in any way of material that contains viruses or ny other code, computer files or programs designed to harm, affect, or restrict the normal operation of the Service.
6. Causing interference or interruption of the Wi-Fi Service (including access to the Service via automated means such as script or web crawlers), or any servers or networks linked to the Service, or any policies, requirements or network regulations that are linked to the Service (including unauthorized access, use, or monitoring of data or traffic associated with them).
7. Planning or conducting any illegal activity.
8. Wi-Fi is provided “as it is” and “where it is”, without any explicit or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ELIXSEA VILLA is not responsible for any damage (direct, indirect, positive, repayable) related to my use of the Wi-Fi service, even if ELIXSEA VILLA was informed of the possibility of such damage.
9. I acknowledge that the Wi-Fi Service of ELIXSEA VILLA is designed and offered exclusively for personal use on an individual basis. ELIXSEA VILLA is not responsible for any loss or damage that happens to me or any third party in the event of a different use of the Wi-Fi Service (lost profits due to non-completion of business activity, loss of opportunity, etc.) from the temporary or permanent interruption of the Service. ELIXSEA VILLA does not recommend and is not responsible for using the Wi-Fi Service for business purposes.
10. I am solely responsible for the selection, installation, activation, use, and functionality of equipment, systems, software and security protocols that I will use when connecting to the ELIXSEA VILLA Wi-Fi Service, regarding their suitability and protection against external threats, including malware. I am solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the data I enter into the Wi-Fi Service and for all the activities I perform while using it.
11. ELIXSEA VILLA cannot guarantee the security of my equipment nor the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information, files and data I exchange over the Internet against unauthorized access or use. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to maintain adequate security measures that prevent illegal access to or use of my computer equipment and the disclosure of my confidential information and illegal access to the Wi-Fi Service through the equipment of ELIXSEA VILLA.
12. Technical support is not provided by ELIXSEA VILLA. Staff of the ELIXSEA VILLA may not be able or obliged to provide clarifications, instructions, etc. regarding the use of the Wi-Fi Service.
13. Violation of any of these terms constitutes a reason to immediately interrupt my access to the Wi-Fi Service.
14. These “Wi-Fi Terms of Use” are governed by Greek and European law and any dispute arising from their application is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens.

Smoking is forbidden in the rooms, corridors and all the enclosed spaces of ELIXSEA VILLA. If it is found that a guest smoked in one of these places, the villa will charge a cleaning fee of € 250 on his or her account before or after check-out.

• Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen.
•  It is forbidden to prepare dishes that can cause intense long-lasting smells in the villa.
•  The villa should be ventilated during and after each type of cooking (pausing air conditioning and opening windows).
•  Ventilation should be used during cooking.
•  Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing the dishes.
•  The cleaning service is not responsible for the washing-up of used utensils.
•  If there is no intention of using the kitchen and the customer prefers that there are no sharp objects in the room, he must inform the Management, who will make sure that all of them will be removed. The villa management will not be held responsible for any accidents that may be caused by the unauthorized use of kitchen appliances and household items / accessories by minors.

SAFES

•  The villa provides a free safe in each bedroom.
• Each customer can keep their valuable items and documents in the safe box.
• Customers are responsible for the items remaining in the villa or facilities.

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL PEOPLE

• Infants and children up to 3 years old are housed free of charge in a baby cot that is placed in the room or in the bed of their parents. Maximum number per room is 1 baby cot (playpen). [Please request the baby cradle in the “Remarks” of the online booking on the payment details page].
• Baby cots / playpen and extra beds are provided upon request and availability. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make sure that your bedroom settings
  are feasible.

• Children under the age of 10 should constantly be accompanied by their parents / guardians during their stay at the villa.
• Parents / guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the kitchen. We will be glad to remove sharp objects from the villa and exclude the use of devices to avoid accidents.
• ELIXSEA VILLA will not be held responsible for accidents caused by the unauthorized use of appliances and kitchenware by minors.

ELIXSEA VILLA does not have the proper facilities and equipment to serve serious disabled guests.

• ELIXSEA VILLA has free outdoor private parking spaces.
• The villa is not responsible for any damage caused to a car on the grounds of open and public parking spaces.

Pets are not allowed.

PROHIBITIONS

In order to ensure order and safety at ELIXSEA VILLA, it is forbidden:

• Smoking in the rooms and in all the enclosed spaces of ELIXSEA VILLA.
• Handing over the key of the villa to strangers.
• Storing materials and / or objects that are dangerous to the health and life of others.
• Removing and moving furniture from the rooms.
• Breach of acceptable behavioural patterns, aggressive behaviour and / or acts that compromise the health and property of others.
• Damage to the property of ELIXSEA VILLA.
• Inappropriate clothing on premises. Nudism is also strictly prohibited.
